We are issuing Priority Certificates for our Phase One homes on a "first come, first served" basis. To see our invitation to sign up for your certificate, click here.

Those with a Priority Certificate will receive entry-level pre-construction pricing and first choice of home sites. Being one of the first to buy a home on Isla Palenque comes with special advantages: the first 12 homebuyers become members of our Founder's Club, a one-time only privilege that comes with a staggering array of benefits and incentives.

We invite you to visit us and view our incomparable island location. Your private Site Expedition will be a journey to see the island it in its natural, pre-construction state. You’ll be able to walk to future home sites, ask all your questions, and enjoy hiking the jungle trails and swimming on the many beaches.

Later this year

Once our construction cost estimates and home pricing are finalized, we will release our Phase One homes for sale. Priority Certificate holders will have first choice of available home types and home sites. Buyers of the first 12 homes become lifetime members of our Founder's Club.

Early 2011

The Boutique Hotel will preview in its first interpretation: our Villa Model Home. This five-bedroom model home will serve as an inn for potential home owners to enjoy when they come to see the island. A stay in the Villa Model Home will allow you to experience a touch of the personalized service that will be integrated into home-ownership at Isla Palenque.

Late 2012

The opening of the Boutique Hotel coincides approximately with Phase One home delivery, so our superlative service and luxury amenities will be available to homeowners soon after they move in. This includes everything from gourmet restaurants and the infinity pool, to in-home services like cleaning, cooks and butlers. A dedicated concierge will be on hand at all times to assist with adventures, transportation, supplies, and all the needs of our home owners.
