Construction has recently begun on Phase One, including a boutique hotel and approximately 24 stunning island homes. Delivery of our first homes is scheduled for late 2012, around the same time as the hotel opens. In 2011 we'll open our Villa Model Home, which will operate as a small inn for potential homeowners and their guests to experience the island in comfort.
